Our instrument servicing pricing in Wollongong is based on the level of work required and the condition of the instrument.

We provide transparent instrument servicing pricing so customers understand how service levels are determined before work begins. Each instrument is assessed individually, and pricing reflects the labour and parts required to restore reliable performance.

We do not cap work to meet a budget, and we do not perform unstable or short term repairs.

What Fees Cover

Service fees cover labour for the selected service level.

Replacement parts are charged separately unless otherwise stated.

What Fees Don't Cover

Service fees do not include major damage repair, overhauls, or work outside the scope of the selected service.

If additional work is required, it is discussed and quoted separately before proceeding.

Repads and Overhauls

Repads and Overhauls are quoted after assessment.

Pricing is provided as an all in service price, which includes parts and labour.

Comprehensive Service

Damage & Corrective Repairs

$25 Assessment Fee
  • Repairs start from $60 after assessment.
  • Assessment fee is waived if proceeding with the quoted repair.

Repads & Overhauls - Guideline Pricing

The following prices are provided as a guide only. Final pricing is confirmed after assessment.

Woodwind Instruments

  • Flute and Clarinet: $1,000
  • Oboe: $2,000
  • Soprano to Baritone Saxophone: $2,000
  • Bassoon: $2,500

Some instruments, including larger flutes, low clarinets, vintage instruments, and extended-range woodwinds, require individual quotes.

Brass Instruments

  • Small Brass (trumpet, cornet, flugelhorn, French horn): $1,000
  • Large Brass (trombone, tenor horn, baritone horn, euphonium): $1,500
  • XL Brass (tuba, sousaphone): $2,000

Some instruments require individual quotes depending on condition and construction.
