Before you proceed to book your service, please ensure you are aware of our booking policies. These may be found on the Servicing & Repairs page. Click on the tab “Booking Policy” for more information.

To schedule your annual instrument service, simply fill out the form below or call us on 1300 83 94 97.

When using the booking form below, you’ll see options for a 9am or a 1pm time slot. Please disregard these times – your instrument will be in our workshop for a minimum of 24 hours. After submitting the form, your booking will be marked as “pending”. One of our team members will contact you to collect your deposit and confirm your booking. Please note we enforce a strict cancellation policy. More information is available in our booking policies.

If you are unsure whether your instrument requires a standard service or a more comprehensive one, please don’t hesitate to contact us to organise a free assessment.

Please note:

  • For damage repair, repads, and overhauls, appointments must be made for an in-person assessment of your instrument prior to booking a time slot.
  • If you schedule a standard service and we find upon inspection of your instrument that a more extensive service is necessary, we will inform you of the estimated cost and timeframe.
  • While we strive to return instruments within 24-72 hours after drop-off in most cases, we cannot guarantee this turnaround time. We will contact you once your service is completed.
  • Please be aware that our store and workshop experience higher volumes of activity during school holiday periods. If you wish to have your instrument serviced during these times, we recommend booking well in advance.
