Book a Service

PLEASE NOTE:

We have temporarily disabled online bookings as of September 2023 while we migrate to a new booking system. The implementation of this new system will take a few weeks. Until then, please call 1300 83 94 97 or email us to book in your service. Apologies for any inconvenience.

A $50 deposit is now required when you book in your service, and we enforce a strict cancellation policy. Please refer to our Repairs Page and click on the “Booking Policy” tab for further information.

Damage repair, repads and overhauls can only be booked in store after an assessment of your instrument.

In most cases, instruments are returned to you within 48-72 hours after drop-off, though we cannot guarantee this at any time. Once your service is complete, we will contact you.

Please keep in mind that the store and workshop are much busier during school holiday periods. If you are keen to have your instrument serviced during holiday periods, we recommend booking in well in advance.
