To schedule your annual instrument service, simply fill out the form below or give us a call at 1300 83 94 97.

Please note that a $50 deposit is required to confirm your booking. After submitting the form, your booking will be marked as “pending”. One of our team members will contact you to collect your deposit and confirm your booking.

Please note we enforce a strict cancellation policy. Please refer to our Repairs Page and click on the “Booking Policy” tab for further information.

If you’re unsure whether your instrument requires a standard service or a more comprehensive one, please don’t hesitate to contact us to organise a free assessment.

Please note:

For damage repair, repads, and overhauls, appointments must be made in person after an evaluation of your instrument.

If you schedule a standard service and we find upon inspection of your instrument that a more extensive service is necessary, we will inform you of the estimated cost and timeframe.

While we strive to return instruments within 48-72 hours after drop-off in most cases, we cannot guarantee this turnaround time. We will contact you once your service is completed.

Please be aware that our store and workshop experience higher volumes of activity during school holiday periods. If you wish to have your instrument serviced during these times, we recommend booking well in advance.
