To schedule your annual instrument service, simply fill out the form below or give us a call at 1300 83 94 97.

When using the booking form below, you’ll see options for a 9am or a 1pm time slot. Please disregard these times. Due to a limitation in our booking software, we can only process two bookings per day when a specific time is attached. As such, please select either time slot, and drop your instrument off by 10am on the booking day. Please also note that while the booking slots are 3 hours long in this booking calendar, your instrument will be in our workshop for a minimum of 24 hours.

A $50 deposit is required to confirm your booking. After submitting the form, your booking will be marked as “pending”. One of our team members will contact you to collect your deposit and confirm your booking.

Please note:

For damage repair, repads, and overhauls, appointments must be made in person after an evaluation of your instrument.

If you schedule a standard service and we find upon inspection of your instrument that a more extensive service is necessary, we will inform you of the estimated cost and timeframe.

While we strive to return instruments within 24-72 hours after drop-off in most cases, we cannot guarantee this turnaround time. We will contact you once your service is completed.

Please be aware that our store and workshop experience higher volumes of activity during school holiday periods. If you wish to have your instrument serviced during these times, we recommend booking well in advance.
