For the month of September only, we are offering 25% off labour when you book your student-level instrument(*) in with Ollie, our Beginner Repair Technician.
Ollie has been training in musical instrument repair under Senior Repair Tech Peter’s guidance since November 2024, and this is your chance to support the next generation of repair technicians while enjoying a special birthday saving.
Every instrument is inspected by Peter before it leaves the workshop and is backed by our 3-month repair guarantee, so you can book with confidence.

Regular servicing keeps your instrument playing at its best and helps prevent costly repairs down the track. If it has been a year or more since your last service, this special is the perfect opportunity to get your flute, clarinet, saxophone, or trumpet looked after at a reduced rate.

⏱️ To ensure our usual standards and turnaround times, Ollie’s September Special is limited to 8 instruments per week.
⛔ LCWB reserves the right to decline instruments that are deemed unsuitable or uneconomical to service.
🔁 LCWB reserves the right to redirect some instruments to our Senior Repair Tech if they require work beyond a standard service. In this case, regular labour rates will apply.
