Carefully selected by top Australian Brass performers and pedagogues, the grade books feature a diversity of musical styles and often include works by celebrated Australian composers. Repertoire is carefully coordinated to align with the technical requirements at each grade level. Includes piano accompaniment.

All List A (Studies) and List C (Modern) compositions are original previously unpublished works by Australian composers. These works are presented here to enlarge the repertoire for brass instruments and to widen the scope of studies and pieces that can be performed for the grade level.

List B (pre-twentieth century) pieces have been chosen from a variety of sources, including some of the more popular publications for the instrument.

Metronome markings are provided for all studies and pieces. Both minimum and maximum metronome markings are provided for some of the repertoire.
