The Barkley Malbec alto saxophone mouthpiece has been designed with a step baffle, which delivers high frequencies with high intensity. It has a medium chamber that results in bass frequencies with precision in the mid/bass region. It is rich in harmonics, resulting from its shank being thicker than most metal mouthpieces.
