Do you sell spare parts?

No. We do not sell spare parts directly to customers. Instrument repair is a highly skilled craft that requires years of training and the correct tools.
We often see well-intentioned players attempt their own repairs, which can cause more damage and increase the cost of fixing the instrument later.

Just as you wouldn’t buy engine parts from your mechanic to fix your own car, we don’t believe DIY instrument repairs are in your best interest. When your instrument needs attention, we are here to do the job right the first time with the correct parts, tools, and expertise.
