Is servicing included in rentals?

In short, yes.

Every rental instrument is serviced after being returned to us, so when you first pick it up it will be completely sanitised and in excellent working condition. This service is designed to keep the instrument playing well for up to 12 months.

If you rent for longer than 12 months, you may request one service per year. We’ll assess the instrument and carry out the work at our discretion.

Please note that damage caused by misuse or accidents is not covered, and any repairs of this kind will be billed to the customer.
