What happens if my rental instrument gets damaged?

If your hired instrument gets damaged, the first thing to do is keep it safe from further harm. If you can, place it in its case. If that’s not possible, wrap it securely in a large towel and place it in a sturdy box or strong plastic bag.

Next, call us on 1300 83 94 97 to let us know what happened. We’ll arrange a time for you to bring the instrument in so we can assess the damage.

The cost of repairs for any self-inflicted damage to a rental instrument is your responsibility and will need to be paid by you.
