How long does a service take?

For Play Condition Services and Comprehensive Services, the turnaround time is typically 24-48 hours from when your instrument is brought in. During busy periods, such as school holidays, the timeframe may be longer. 

A repad or overhaul requires considerably more time due to the scale of the work involved. The timeframe will be discussed with you when the instrument is dropped off.
