Can I return my order?

Australian Consumer Law allows for a refund, repair, or replacement if an item is faulty, not fit for purpose, or does not match the description. 

What can be returned?

  • Instruments that arrive damaged or faulty (within 14 days)
  • Newly purchased instruments developing a fault within the warranty period (see warranty certificate)
  • Mouthpieces, only if:
    • Not suitable for your playing style or chosen tip opening
    • Returned within 3 calendar days of receipt
    • In undamaged condition (no teeth marks, scratches, chips)
    • In original undamaged packaging with all accessories

What cannot be returned?

  • Opened reeds, cloths, swabs, and other cleaning products
  • Ear plugs
